Everything has a frequency. The notes on a piano, the chakra system in our body and the colors from a prism.
These sounds or frequencies can be felt at a cellular level and can be very healing. We are mostly made of water. The sound and frequency carries like a ripple on a lake or the waves of the sea.
My personal Tibetan bowl is in the notes of C and G. Throat chakra and heart. Speaking our truth from a heart centered space. While in Sedona years ago, I went into a shop, there were several bowls to choose from. Ego mind wanted the one that looked the best. Not really knowing what the purpose was for the bowls at the time. Explorer in me.
The owner of the shop, from Tibet, had me close my eyes so I could hear and feel the sound of the bowls. He switched them up to ensure. Years later I have come to find and others have shared the benefits of sound healing in many ways.
Tuning forks, wind chimes, drumming and of course, being in nature. For me it creates a sacred space in the morning. A reminder of the bigger picture. Soul having a human experience. The "tone" used to speak is from heart more. Discovering hz meditations and connecting what they help with. Like 174 hz detox. Great to listen to when sleeping.
